1. What is First Body?

First Body is a medical spa that specializes in skincare services. We offer a range of innovative solutions to help improve the appearance of your skin and address specific concerns.

2. What products does First Body offer?

First Body offers a variety of medical grade skincare products. We carry multiple skincare lines that offer impressive and transformative results.

3. How long does it take to process and ship orders?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods, cannot be returned. 6. How do I request a return?

7. How long does it take to receive a refund?

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide us with all the necessary details and any supporting evidence, such as photos, to assist us in resolving the issue promptly.
